All of the advisory team are available for ongoing employment, subject to contract.
Market rate consideration is expected to be achieved passing from acquirer to vendor over an 18-24 month term with deferred payments. Using a 3-3.5 times multiple of recurring revenue or a normalised EBITDA formula the headline value is likely to be in the region of £3.5m.
Employment contracts for the retained staff will provide reward for ongoing client servicing and incentive for new business generated. To be negotiated under a separate contract.
