Modestly scaled and run by a sole practitioner servicing c£22m FUM and achieving c£100k recurring income. Clients are predominately individuals and families – most within the “mass affluent” category and approximately 6 HNW cases. Operating in a traditional style with records held in computerised form the firm is FCA compliant with all clients fee paying and on contract. Robust trade with strong cash reserves.
Requirement
The Principal has reached retirement age and with some pressing health issues has decided upon retirement.
Consideration
Market rate consideration is sought (typically at 3 times multiple of recurring income) of c£300k with value passing from acquirer to vendor in deferred terms over a 24 month period (50:25:25) subject to DD and legal contract.
