An AR of a leading Regional Chartered advisory business has ensured best practice from an administrative, compliance and regulatory perspective.

Client records are maintained using leading industry software.

Strategy towards client retention rather than new business development has resulted in consistent recurring income of c£115k pa.

 

 

Requirement

 

Interest is invited from acquirers with presence and client servicing capabilities within Lancashire and the surrounding Counties.

Cultural compatibility is an imperative ensuring continuity of excellence in client care and attention.

The retiring adviser will commit to achieving an elegant and seamless client hand-over participating fully in the integration process ensuring all acquired clients migrate to the acquirers service proposition.

Ideally a deal is sought during Q4 2019.

 

Consideration

 

Quite reasonably the vendor seeks a market rate valuation – by applying industry standard metrics of 3-3.5 times recurring income consideration in the band £350-400k is expected.

Payment terms passing consideration from acquirer to vendor over an18-24 month period in 3 instalments – 50:25:25.

The vendor expects to achieve ETR (Entrepreneur’s Tax Relief) though a share sale.
