A Derbyshire based IFA practice is seeking a buyer and the two owners/Directors would like to retire post-sale.
A total of c110 clients, holding c£15m of funds and generating c£120k of recurring revenue is available. The average client holding is c£60k. The clients are largely based in the Notts/Derby area with a small number based in Leicestershire.
Normal market valuation dynamics will apply i.e. 3.25 to 3.5x the recurring revenue paid over 24 months with 50% of the consideration paid upfront.
