Market rate valuation metrics will apply to this as a share sale so it is expected an enterprise value in the band £2.5 – £3.0m will be achieved.
The vendor will remain with the acquirer firm for at least the client transition period and will consider a longer term to participate in and help deliver further profitable growth.
