Interest is invited from established independent advisory firms with servicing capabilities in the same geographical areas as the vendor’s clients reside.

Given the exemplary business model, trading history, and hand-picked client portfolio of HNW cases a premium valuation is reasonably expected, as a share purchase.
Buy-out terms to follow industry standard metrics with consideration passing from acquirer to vendor over a 24 month term in 3 instalments.
