All clients are contracted to fee paying service agreements which generates c£220k pa for the business in recurring income.
Throughout the firm has discretely sought to provide excellent levels of client service achieving loyalty and retention plus a clean FCA record.
Compliance, administrative support and Para-planning are in-house services with external oversight.
Reflecting on age and lifestyle aspirations the Principal wishes for retirement. He now seeks an advisory / Wealth Management firm with a strong regional commitment and shared cultural values to acquire the assets and clients ideally during Q2 / Q3 2017.
With an open mind to post sale commitment the vendor is adamant an elegant client transition with minimum disruption is achieved so welcomes ongoing involvement with the acquirer organisation in an Ambassadorial capacity. He will also consider ongoing employment in an advisory capacity with the acquirer organisation subject to terms.
Market rate consideration is expected with deferred payments most likely structured over an 18-24 month period ideally enabling the vendor ETR eligibility.
