Requirement
Following a recent health scare that has brought forward lifestyle plans the Director is now keen to secure a new and safe custodian for his client portfolio. Ideally an existing IFA firm with presence and client servicing capabilities in Cornwall.
Consideration
A market rate consideration is reasonably expected of c£450k-£500k with stage payments over an 18 month term passing from the acquirer to vendor, subject to DD and legal contract.
