The business is free of legacy advice issues normally associated with high risk product promotion and so an upper market valuation is expected to be achieved for this business.
As this is a “sell & go” model the valuation metrics applied to reach an enterprise value will be using a multiple of RI – expected in the region of 3.5 – 4x and so a headline value of £350-400k.
