March 7, 2019Perspective has bought Investment Principles in the North West of England
The acquisition has been announced less than a month after Perspective’s acquisition of Galloway Whitfield (Life & Pensions).
This latest deal, for an undisclosed amount, marks Perspective 33rd acquisition since it was founded in 2008, with further acquisitions planned in the next few months to build its national presence.
Investment Principles was founded by Kathy Richards in 2013. The firm will join Perspective’s operation in the west from its Chester and Oswestry offices. Richards will work alongside Perspective advisers as a consultant during the transition process.
Perspective group practice director, Ian Wilkinson, said: ‘This is another good acquisition for Perspective of a high-quality, well-respected IFA firm, which further builds our presence in north west England, an area of strength for the group where we already have a significant client base, which we are keen to build further.
Richards said "The way the Perspective team has handled the acquisition process gives me even greater reassurance that my clients will be very well looked after,"
"Being part of a larger group means my clients will benefit from continuity of advice and having access to a number of expert advisers within the group."
