Requirement
With ever-increasing burdens of regulatory pressure, the Principal of this firm feels there needs to be some managed change or client servicing will be compromised. “Too young to retire” and actually enjoying being an adviser but not running an advisory firm the vendor seeks an arrangement with another business where shared cultural values and a commercial union will benefit everyone….stakeholders, clients, employees and the Regulator!
Consideration
The business generates c£250k of recurring revenue and so rightly should be valued in the band £750-900k given the quality of proposition and commercial opportunity latent within.
Ongoing employment with equity participation is sought by the vendor so a cash/share deal will be considered.
Existing premises and staff can also form a part of the deal subject to separate negotiation/terms.
